This West Coast-style residence was designed with feng shui design in mind. The family were very religious about making sure each corner of the house meets the ancient feng shui standard, which took us some time to please them with all the details required for this house.
Also, the secondary suite offered for the family to have an in-law live with them to be close to each other.

Jeniffer Family Postmodern Residence

This was a challenging existing home with Heritage designation. So we had to deal with the city to keep the existing format of the house, Adding a modern lifestyle to the design to match the new family, enlarge the building, and add two suites to the house so they could stratify the building to be able to sell them separately.
At the end it was a success story.

Craftsman Home

This Craftsman home became the subject of an off-grid home. The homeowner was able to make this home fully energy efficient, and by adding enough solar panels and batteries, they could live there without dependency to the hydro wires!
A happy ending for the small family to live in quiet nature.
